SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 businesses days of receiving payment. If Pre-ordered shipping may take within 2 to 4 weeks from payment date.
Packages are shipped from our shop in Montreal, Canada. We use Canada Post to ship all of our packages and provide online tracking for all orders. All orders are sent out using various shipping method with their estimated additional costs. Please note, you will be paying for shipping only at checkout.
Please contact us via email immediately if there are any changes/errors in shipping information because once package is sent and tracked, we are no longer able to make changes to shipping information.
We ship to Canada, to the United States and to most International destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot ship packages to US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa), Post Office boxes, or to forwarding courier service providers.
Standard Tracking delivery will be charged using Canada Post rates:
Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 1 - 7 business days approximately
Canada Post Xpresspost: 1 -3 business days
Standard shipping: Times vary by location
Canada Post Priority: 1 -3 business days
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that duties vary per location and therefore are not calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any other Taxes and Duties if applicable and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Taxes; Shipping and Handling. All transfer prices quoted for Products in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement shall be exclusive of any federal, state, municipal, value added and other taxes (such as sales, use or privilege taxes), all customs duties, shipping and handling costs (if any), imposts, or excise taxes, or personal property or other similar taxes or duties and any such taxes and other amounts shall be assumed and paid by the customer except those taxes based on or measured by the net income of the company.
Item(s) must me returned within fourteen (14) days. We do not offer refunds on any purchases online, however we offer exchanges. Exchanges are based on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs; including shipping and handling fees associated with of returns for item exchanges.
We are not accountable for items returned lost or damaged while in transit with the selected shipping company. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered mail. Tracking information (ie: number), for all items returned, must be provided to us by email at email@example.com

When returning an item it must meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned for exchange
- The item must be in the same condition as delivered (not torn; not stained, ...)
After item(s) has been received, processed and meets the aforementioned criteria, then and only then will an exchange be granted.
All authorized returns are subject to a 15% (of full purchase price, including taxes) Restocking Fee over fourteen (14) days after the original invoice date.
We are not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Courier company holds full responsibility upon departure from our shipping facility. Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. We will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.
